"미남이시네요"를 말하면 드라마에 나온 다른 두 남배우를 언급하지 않을수 없는데(3위 장근석에서 "미남이시네요" 언급 有) 정용화가 바로 그 중 하나이다. 한국 밴드 CNBLUE의 리더 겹 보컬인 그는 2009년말 연습생 신분으로 우연히 "미남이시네요"의 강신우 역으로 출연하게 되였는데 단숨에 화제의 인물로 급부상하였다. 2010년 1월 14일에는 CNBLUE 첫 미니앨범으로 정식 데뷔하게 되고 2011년에는 "넌 내게 반했어"에 출연하게 되는데 자신과 딱 맞는 이신이라는 캐릭터를 입은 그는 자신의 음악적재능을 아낌없이 선보이게 된다. 2013년 "미래의 선택"에서의 박세주는 관중들로 하여금 이 부드러운 남자를 기억하게 만들었다.

In late 2009, he was coincidentally cast as Kang Shinwoo in 'You're Beautiful' and immediately rose to fame. On Jan. 14, 2010, he officially debuted with CNBLUE's 1st mini album. In 2011, he played the role of Lee Shin in 'Heartstrings', which fit him perfectly and allowed him exhibit his musical talent to the full extent. In 2013 'MHIYD', Park Seju made viewers remember this gentle man.
